Spring Break Fun

 
Jared Wortham is a Sophomore. He and his family took a vacation to Collins Lake. 
"It was very hot, but it was still a nice time! I went fishing, got ice cream, and spent quality time with my family and best friend Gregory   ( pictured above ).One very cool part of the trip was that we got to see the biggest fish caught at Collins Lake."
He also pained a friends dresser. Fun Fun 
Andrea Azevedo, a Freshman at Champion, went to Arizona with her family because of her brothers gymnastic tournaments. She and her family drove in an RV,  it took 16 hours both ways, she spent most of her time watching movies and talking to whoever was around.
She visited Rawhide and  Phoenix.
She went to a restaurant to try Rattlesnake but unfortunately they were all out , but she didn't care.
" It was very busy but very fun!"
Champion students had the opportunity of going to Washington DC over spring break.  
Daniel Lee, an 8th grader, commented, "I really enjoyed it because there was so many things to see, but the guide was very unusual so it made it fun!"
Katie Massey Freshman, commented, " Washington was a lifetime experience. It was a lot of fun and I learned a bunch. I cant wait to go again!"
The Trip was chaperoned by Mrs. Sheppard a teacher at champion who has a real heart for her students.
Alison Walker is a Freshman at Champion. 
" I didn't do a whole lot during Spring Break, but it was still a lot
of fun. I loved being able to sleep in late and not have to do homework or go to school! I watched lots of movies at home and hade movie nights with my friends. My birthday was during spring break  and some of the presents were going shopping and getting my hair highlighted. But the most amazing part of break was going to the movies to see Hannah Montana!"

Tyler Marr is a Freshman at Champion.
For spring break he went to The Buttercup Sand Dunes in the Imperial Valley. And rode quads for the whole week. He had lots of fun and came back full of stories.
"It was a blast."
It was a good thing that no one in his group got hurt.  

  Darrell Zebley is a Freshman at Champion.
Darrell went to Old Town Sacramento, He ate a Joes Crab shack. He went to the California Train Museum. He went to San Francisco, He went to Amoeba Music, and also went to his uncles house, and went to the Presidio. He also enjoys running so he ran some.
" It was awesome!"
Andrew Corral is a freshman at Champion.
"I did a 30 hour famine, I thought it was fun because it showed us how starving people in Africa feel and it was fun to collect cans for the Jesus Center. A lot of homeless people do not take sack lunches from strangers. I also hung out with my best bubby. I also hung out with my best girl friends. it was FUN! I almost died, because it was 9 at night and we were at Canyon oaks, Long boarding down hills, and I was walking with my board walking uphill, and a car came and I went to the side of the road and fell of the cliff  and started rolling for about 30 feet and I got up."
Overall it was amazing for Andrew!
Jeremiah Gawthrop is a Junior at Champion.
For spring break he went tot southern California and visited his family. 
Then he went to Disney World and had a lot of fun
 he also go to hang out with his cousin that he hadn't seen in 7 years.
"It was a lot of fun to see family and I loved to see my cousin that I hadn't seen in a while!"
