Champion Students waiting for PPP Day to Begin!
![]() |
PPP Day is a school wide event that takes place at the beginning of every year. It is a day of fun and worship where the entire school, high school kids and junior high kids alike, bond together. Each student is placed on a team of all different ages and grade levels. These teams demonstrate their team spirit through costumes, props, signs, and cheers. The teams for this year’s Play, Pray, and Praise Day included the Neon Ninjas, the Checkered Chipmunks, the Cameo Camels, the Tye-Dye Turtles, the Floral Flamingos, the Rainbow Rabbits, and the Fuchsia Ferrets.
These spirited teams then compete in a series of silly yet competitive games such as tug of war, steal the inner tube, the egg catch, the balloon stomp, the frozen turkey bowl, the relay race, and many more. The competition always ends with a game of intense Champion fear factor! After a winning team is announced, we eat a hotdog lunch and hold worship in the middle of Bidwell Park. Our teachers, students, and parents are all a special part of PPP Day.
Lots of great memories are made each year on Play, Pray, and Praise Day. New friendships are made and old ones are strengthened. It is one day of the school year where we get to know one another better and share our love of God together. It is a Champion Christian tradition!
