Drugs and Alcohol

A lot of our youth is bombarded by all of today's Worldly Temptations. Among these Worldly temptations is the use of drugs and alcohol.

The use of drugs and alcohol is very dangerous and has caused many deaths of teens and others from drug related deaths, to much alcohol, or,the most common, driving under the influence(drinking and driving). Drugs are a form of peer pressure that teens often give into. Forms of the drugs are usually pot or meth and are obtained in some way, while alcohol is found mostly in parties, thus causing drinking and driving.

In the Bible, there is a verse that explains why the use of drugs and alcohol are so bad:

1 Corinthians 6:19

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

Judging from this verse, it looks like the Bible is pretty NOT for destroying your body
